Expert in developing young juniors into strong club players, State and National tournaments.

Alessio was born in Italy and has been living in Melbourne for the last 15 years, and is now qualified both in Australia and Europe. He started playing tennis at 12 years old and developed a passion for the game straight away. He competed both nationally and internationally into his 20’s, before becoming a full time High Performance Coach with the opportunity to work at many different academies around the world with elite players.
He worked with junior players from all over Italy, Spain, Serbia and Australia including working with Fabio Sartori (Andreas Seppi coach,) and was part of the team’s Renzo Furlan (former 18 atp ranking). He participated in the Italian national coaches conference from year 1994 to 2000 and then continuing this on in Australia. Alessio has been a part of the Musta team for over 10 years at multiple venues and he also worked for 5 years at Kooyong Lawn tennis club, lookong after the High performance junior and post junior players. His current role includes High performance training for Musta, Rowville Sports Academy, Scotch College and our tournament camps.

Tennis Australia level 2 club professional

Motivation to coach: Passion for tennis, to see Players improving day by day, year by year, gives me so much joy, i feel lucky and greatful to be on court everyday and challenge myself, being inspired by my players and learn from them.
