The MUSTA program trains and prepares individuals for their Australian Coaching Accreditation. We personally mentor and guide all of our Assistant Coaches through the career pathway, right from the Tennis Australia Level Zero Community Course to the Level 3 High Performance Course.
AJ also hosts regular Coach educational sessions which sets our Academy and coaches abilities apart from the rest! We have a unique pathway that supports all Assistant Coaches in their own development. Coaches are first paid to be on court and watch lessons run, then they shadow a Senior Coach and feed whilst the Senior Coach takes the class. The next stage is to have the Assistant run their own classes with a Senior Coach on the side ready to support and assist at all times. Finally, we have a Senior Coach who roams all Hot Shots lessons whilst Assistant Coaches execute the lesson plan. This helps with timing and class organisation, and allows the Assistant Coach to continue on with their lesson as normal and without disruption.
