Fitness Training

MUSTA has staff trained and qualified in Certificate 3 & 4 Fitness Training.  Through this we have established a program to assist our players with their speed, agility, endurance and body weight composition.  It is a very positive and structured program attracting athletes from all different sports to participate.  We have seen exceptional results in all areas of fitness amongst those that have been involved.

Current programs are for athletes aged 12 – 18 years and 7 – 11 years.
